I stop here to get a box of cookies for my Mom. I like the fact that I can pick them out myself as she is very particular. She loves the Nougatines. Surprisingly they also have sandwiches.

Amazing sour cherry danish & meltaways. Love the cookies as well. You get what you pay for. A little extra for amazing quality.

Great cookies. Too bad they try to rip you off at the register. Sign on the counter says "Cookies $22 a pound", expensive but they do have really good cookies. Sign also says "Marzipan $25 a pound". So if you buy a pound of marzipan it’s more than a pound of cookies. Makes sense, marzipan is more expensive. I go up every weekend and buy a bag of cookies, one or two marzipan in with the rest of the assorted cookies @ $22 a pound. Today I go in, two marzipan cookies mixed with a bunch of other cookies and I watch the guy type $26 on the scale (not $25) for the entire bag of cookies. I said to him how much are the cookies? He says $25 because of the marzipan (in the mean time I saw $26 per pound in the window of the scale),. I said excuse me, the sign right here says Marxipan only is $25 a pound, not mixed with other cookies. He actually starts to argue with me that because of he marzipan it's more. I stand my ground and he actually says “Whatever, it’s no big deal.” I said “Yes it is. You’re trying to over charge me.” So he recalculates and it comes out $1.25 cheaper on a small bag of cookies. Fact is, if they want to charge more for the marzipan, they should weigh it separately from the regular cookies. Like $22 a pound for cookies isn't expensive to begin with. So watch the scale if you buy anything there or they’ll try to overcharge you by 15%. Just lost a regular customer.

Ordered a custom cake for son's birthday. The time agreed upon for pickup was 1pm for a 2:30pm party. At 1:45 they informed us that the cake was not made and that the soonest it would be available was 4pm. With the party at 2:30pm that would not work. We were already in the store parking lot when this was told to us. The option offered to us was to have a plain cake with his name written on it. They could do that in 15 minutes, but by this time we did not have 15 minutes. I asked if we would have to pay full price for this cake. They responded that we would have to pay full price and that they would only accept cash for this purchase. They expressed that they were concerned that I would chargeback the purchase because I was not happy. The pastries and cakes may be good here, but do not rely on them to meet a deadline. And if things do not go correctly do not expect them to accept any responsibility. They basically did not care at all and never even came close to apologizing. We ended up with cupcakes from the supermarket instead of a beautiful custom decorated cake.
